Whoa. I happened upon BHLDN yesterday when I was in search of some unique, but fine jewelry for an event I have coming up. I was completely taken by the site and found myself perusing pages and pages of gorgeous antique-esqe accessories, thinking how it was like a fancy anthropologie. Turns out it is. Only, I could easily wear a ton of the pieces on a daily basis.
I got to the site on the hunt for some specific Erickson Beamon earrings (to pair with a drapey black strapless dress and rose gold glittered heels) for a super fabulous wedding in the Hamptons. And, of course, I have to deviate slightly to show you the gorgeous invitation I had the honor of doing for the event. A quad-thick, letterpressed Wiley Valentine piece in rhubarb and charcoal. A perfect fit for this formal-on-the-farm, early fall wedding.
So, if you’re looking for some special pieces for your big day, for attending a special event or if you simply love vintage pieces and digging through your grandmother’s jewelry box, I highly recommend checking it out. For me, it is the perfect mix of vintage and modern.
Just for fun. Here are a few of my favorite pieces:
(baltic amber earrings, evergreen hollow ring, collector’s lockets, hanami earrings, encompassed earrings,
and the siren’s song headpiece)
Plus, you can create moodboards.
